Service Description

Jerk exercise not as heavy as Long Cycle, but requires a better flexibility, faster speed and better endurance. Might be challenging as the very fist intro to Kettlebell Sport, but definitely the exercise every kettlebell lifter should work on at least once in a while. Jerk is a first exercise of kettlebell Biathlon and going prior the Snatch. Jerk recommended for Long Cyclist for technique improvements.
