Thursdays: 7:00 - 9:00pm

Saturdays: 11am - 1pm

Here you will learn how to perform Clean and Jerk (Long Cycle) with one and two kettlebells, one arm Snatch, Double Half Snatch. Not just for a few reps but minutes at the time.

Along the way we'll work on general conditioning as well (strength, endurance, strength-endurance, mobility & Flexibility). I call it GPP/ SPP (General and specialized preparation) with a help of auxiliary exercises and equipment.

Here's how it works:

you can come for all four classes per week (really you need just three, two is a good option too)

Each class is 2 hours long, but at the beginning you'll manage yours in about 1 hour. Feel free to come anytime within the class time frame ! I'm programming workouts individually for each student, each student is progressing on it's own pace.

FIRST: we'll do the warm up: safety first ! ( 5-15min)

SECOND: we'll do kettlebell sport exercises of your choosing (or my recommendation) (15-40min)

THIRD: GPP/SPP, auxiliary exercises besides KB sport for conditioning, usually at least one exercise for the lower body and one for the upper body (15-40min)

FOURTH: Cardio (5-20min)

FIFTH: Stretching (5-15min)

We have space and equipment to perfectly satisfy such schedule.​

- digital rep counters for 6 lifting platforms

- 3/4 inch rubber platforms for a quality lifting experience

- chalk, water sprays, Bellevator lifting belts, wrist bands

GPP / SPP equipment:

- Power Racks (outdoors)

- barbells and plates

- weightlifting benches (horizontal and inclined)

- dumbbels

- weight balls

- Foam Plyo Boxes

- Land mine

- Battle rope

Cardio equipment:

- C2 rowers
