IKO Kettlebell Sport Instructor Certification – Level 2
The IKO Level 2 Kettlebell Sport Instructor Certification is an intermediate-level educational program designed for instructors and athletes seeking to deepen their understanding of kettlebell sport and develop professional coaching skills.
Building upon the foundation established in Level 1, this two-day certification places greater emphasis on double kettlebell techniques, training organization, strategic planning, competition rules, specialized physical preparation (SPP), and technical analysis.
Participants will learn not only how to perform the lifts, but also how to teach, analyze, and organize training more effectively. Through practical sessions, theoretical classes, video analysis, and open discussion, students develop the ability to identify common technical errors, apply corrective strategies, and prepare athletes for competition.
Level 2 introduces the broader picture of kettlebell sport, including competition rules and regulations, the IKO Sport Ranking Table, annual training planning, and the relationship between Long Cycle, Jerk, Snatch, and Double Half Snatch.
This certification is intended for instructors and athletes with previous kettlebell sport experience who are ready to move beyond fundamentals and take the next step in their development.
The emphasis of Level 2 is not simply on performing the lifts, but on understanding how to train them, how to teach them, and how to guide others toward long-term progress.
Whether your goal is to become a better coach, a more knowledgeable athlete, or to prepare yourself and others for competition, the IKO Level 2 Certification provides the tools and experience necessary to continue your journey in kettlebell sport.
⚠️ Limited to only 25 participants due to the personalized format.
