Kettlebell Sport BIATHLON includes Jerk(going first) and Snatch (going second). JERK and SNATCH are lighter, usually faster kettlebell lifting exercise compare to the LONG CYCLE. JERK and SNATCH are more sensitive to your technique skills, when the LONG CYCLE is more forgiving. JERK and SNATCH will feels lighter and aerobic-like experience if your technique is good. It will feels harder and difficult to perform when the lifting technique is poor.
