Stretching is a very important and big part of a successful kettlebell lifter preparation. It improves your technique, quicken the recovery, relief the post training stress. I'm introducing my author Stretching class of 32 exercises that are covering your whole body and giving such a great relief and relaxation. By going through it you’ll fully discover your body, you’ll know exactly where the tension, or discomfort, problem areas that need some work. And you’ll also acknowledge your strong sides. You’ll learn how to get to each muscle on your body, and then you’ll be very precise in solving any tensions in your body quick. As harder our lifting as better stretching we need, and together with a proper warm up it will keep you strong and safe.
